My wife Aaron and I raise our four kids here in Cuyahoga Falls. Our children go to Woodridge schools. We're part of this community — not just a contractor passing through it. When I take on a project in Hudson or Bath or Fairlawn, I'm working on the kind of home I want to be proud of for the next decade as I drive past it.

We coordinate and manage all trades — plumbing, electrical, tile, carpentry, painting — using a vetted network of local specialists we've worked with for years. Adam oversees every aspect of every project personally. You have one point of contact and one person accountable: us.
Daily cleanup is non-negotiable for us. We use dust containment systems, floor protection, and dedicated staging areas. Our crews clean at the end of every workday. We understand your home isn't a construction zone — it's your family's living space during the project.
Yes. AK Renovations is fully licensed and carries comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation insurance in the state of Ohio. We're happy to provide certificates of insurance prior to any project.
