In-home construction typically runs 4 to 6 weeks. Before demo ever starts, we complete all planning and material selection — so there are no open decisions holding up progress once we begin. A well-prepared project is a faster project.
Yes. Adam coordinates everything — permits, cabinet makers, electricians, plumbers, and tile installers. You deal with one person throughout the project, not a rotating cast of managers you've never met.
Our minimum is $25,000. In practice, most kitchen projects start at $40,000 and up, depending on the scope of work and the materials selected. We're upfront about this on the first call.
Absolutely. If you have drawings, Pinterest boards, or a clear vision, we're happy to execute it. If you want to develop the design from scratch, we can do that too. Either way, Adam is involved in every material decision — we don't hand that off.
